I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, where I specialize in hydraulic engineering, sediment transport, and scour dynamics. My academic journey includes a Master’s in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resources Management, and I’ve been actively involved in both teaching and research since 2013. My work integrates technical depth with practical application, and I’m particularly passionate about making complex concepts accessible to students. I design and deliver outcome-based curricula, aligning with Bloom’s taxonomy and contemporary assessment strategies. I also guide postgraduate research and contribute to interdisciplinary projects that connect engineering principles with real-world challenges. Beyond academics, I engage in curriculum development, technical training, and professional outreach. I believe in fostering a learning environment that encourages clarity, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
