Biography
Prof. Nital Pravinbhai Nirmal (Ph.D) is an Assistant Professor in the Production Engineering Department at Shantilal Shah Engineering College, Bhavnagar. She holds a BE and ME in Production Engineering and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Supply Chain Management. With over 14 years of academic experience, she has taught subjects including Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Processes, Optimization Techniques, and Industrial Safety. Her research interests cover Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Productivity Improvement, and Quality Control, with multiple publications in national and international journals. She is a member of ISTE, IIIE, and several professional societies, and has delivered expert lectures on topics ranging from Foundry Technology to Women Empowerment, Stress Management, and Supply Chain Management. She has also actively contributed to institutional portfolios, including GTU cocoordinator, student section, NSS, Scholarship, ABC Id, Anti-Ragging Nodal officer, and Women’s Grievance Cell, and has received awards for academic and professional excellence.
